We stop collecting data from that account right away.
You can also remove SellerStream in Seller Central, under Apps and Services, then Manage Your Apps. We stop collecting data the next time we try to reach the account, and delete it the same way.
Within 30 days of a disconnect, we delete the Amazon data we collected for that account: sales and traffic reports, orders, settlement and finance records, inventory and shipment records, and product details. We also delete everything in Forecasting v2: its results, settings and rules, and the files you added to it.
Files you uploaded and work you saved in other tools, such as Title Optimizer catalogs, stay in your account until you delete them or ask us to.
Copies in our system backups expire on their own about a month after that.
To close your SellerStream account and delete everything in it, email us from the address you signed up with. We may ask you to confirm it is you first.
