Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using AI credits on PPCPilot ("Service", "we", "us"). By checking the agreement box and completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
PPCPilot AI Credits ("Credits") are consumable digital tokens that allow you to submit queries to the AI Copilot feature of PPCPilot. Credits are deducted from your balance each time you send a query, at a rate determined by the AI model selected:
Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for currency or any other product or service.
All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable. Credits are consumable digital goods that are made available to you immediately upon payment. Because the value of Credits is delivered instantly and digitally, we do not offer refunds for any purchased Credits, whether used or unused, except as required by applicable law.
This policy is consistent with industry-standard practices for consumable digital goods and AI API credit systems (such as those used by OpenAI, Anthropic, and similar services).
If you experience a verified technical failure — meaning your Credits were deducted but the Service returned an error entirely attributable to our systems (not third-party AI provider issues) — please contact us and we will review the case at our sole discretion.
Credits do not expire. Your balance will remain available as long as your account is active and the Service continues to operate.
We make reasonable efforts to keep PPCPilot available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.
The AI Copilot feature depends on third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic's Claude API). We are not responsible for failures, errors, or quality issues originating from those providers.
The AI Copilot provides analysis, suggestions, and generated files based on your Amazon PPC data. These outputs are informational only. We do not guarantee that any AI-generated recommendation, bulk change file, or analysis will improve your advertising performance. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to act on any AI output before uploading it to Amazon Ads.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund.
If you authorize PPC Pilot to access your Amazon Selling Partner account through the Amazon Selling Partner API ("SP-API"), the following terms apply in addition to the rest of these Terms.
Solution Provider Agreement incorporated by reference. The Amazon Services API Solution Provider Agreement, as published by Amazon and updated from time to time, is incorporated into these Terms by reference. To the extent any conflict exists between these Terms and the Solution Provider Agreement, the Solution Provider Agreement controls with respect to Amazon Information and your use of the SP-API through PPC Pilot.
Authorization and revocation. You grant PPC Pilot permission to access your Amazon Selling Partner data on your behalf, limited to the scopes and accounts you explicitly authorize at the time of connection. You may revoke this authorization at any time through Amazon Seller Central's authorization manager. PPC Pilot will stop fetching new Amazon Information immediately upon revocation and will delete cached Amazon Information within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Use of Amazon Information. Amazon Information accessed through your authorization is used only to provide the features of PPC Pilot you are using. PPC Pilot does not sell Amazon Information, does not use Amazon Information to advertise to you or anyone else, and does not combine Amazon Information across sellers in ways that would identify or benchmark another seller without that seller's authorization.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to authorize PPC Pilot's access to any Amazon account you connect, that your use of PPC Pilot complies with Amazon's policies, and that the data you upload manually (P&L exports, bulk files, etc.) was lawfully obtained.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PPC Pilot, its operators, and their affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PPCPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for Credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which PPC Pilot (J Weiner Services Inc) is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
If you have questions about these Terms or a billing issue, please reach out at josephweiner7@gmail.com.
